1906 · United States vs Moro people (Tausug)
Also called the Moro Crater Massacre, this March 1906 US Army action against Moros sheltering in the crater of Bud Dajo near Jolo during the Moro Rebellion killed hundreds of Moros, including many women and children, against minimal American losses. It became a notorious atrocity in the Philippine-American War era.
