Kangxi's military campaigns consolidated Qing Dynasty control and expanded the empire to its maximum territorial extent.

The Kangxi Emperor (r. 1661-1722) conducted a series of military campaigns that solidified Qing Dynasty power and expanded its territory. Major campaigns included the suppression of the Three Feudatories Rebellion (1673-1681), the conquest of Taiwan from Ming loyalists (1662), and the Dzungar Wars (1688-1697). Kangxi's military strategy combined rapid cavalry advances with artillery support. The campaigns resulted in Qing control over Tibet and parts of Central Asia. Kangxi also conducted border campaigns against Russia and the Mongols. These campaigns established the Qing as the dominant East Asian power. Kangxi's reign saw unprecedented territorial expansion and military success.
